This is a random character design I found whilst looking through my books. To be honest, I can't imagine why I haven't used her. I even have a little drabble about her on the back of the page. I'll rewrite it here.

Name: Lia
Age: 25
Occupation: Mercenary and Free lance Engineer
Distinguishing traits: Scar covered body (long, hard life) and striking, ice blue eyes
History: Lia was trained at a very young age to fight, always having used a sword that many would consider cumbersome in compared to her size. She doesn't see it this way, as she still moves very fast with it and is very deadly in battle. As one could imagine, she has a good amount of strength and has always been able to hold her own against some of the world's greatest engineers.
When she was 20, her home town was attacked, leaving a trail of death and destruction. In the midst of the battle, she took a blow from a strange blade, in order to protect her youngest sibling and the only other survivor of her family. A wise man told her the blade had cursed her and the only way to save herself was to seek revenge.
Lia knew this was a lie, but had already made up her mind to take everything she could from the people who had stolen everything. This line of thinking made her extremely cold and distant, fearing attachment to people.
Lia is a strong woman, caring and righteous underneath it all, but her hate for the men who killed her town has blinded her to all of that. She has gone so far as to even think of herself as merely a killing machine, made simply to live and die on a battlefield. She is, however, extremely warm hearted around children and, to her own horror, wants to shield them from everything in the world that could harm them. For this reason, she sees herself as weak in these moments. She would like nothing more then to be able to say she doesn't give a damn and be telling the truth.


Again, NO CLUE why I haven't used her. Especially with that blade. It looks SICK.
